  • 1 kg. / 2.2 lbs. / 35.2 oz. pork ribs, chopped
  • 1 onion cut into small squares
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper cut into small squares
  • 1/2 red bell pepper cut into small squares
  • 2 carrots cut in small squares
  • 600 ml. / 20.2 fl. oz. of beef broth
  • 100 ml. / 3.4 fl. oz. white wine
  • 250 ml. / 8.5 fl. oz. of crushed natural tomatoes
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our stewed ribs, for this, we salt and pepper our pork ribs and add them in a casserole at medium heat and with a little olive oil, we will cook them until they are golden brown, remove them and set aside.
