Ingredients
- 16 pastie wafers (small size)
- 20 surimi sticks
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 green garlic
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- Chives for garnish
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our surimi tartlets, to do this, cut the crab sticks as I show you in the video and set aside, then cut the garlic into thin slices and set aside.
Step 2: In a muffin pan, place one by one the empanadilla wafers in each of the spaces and place in the oven at 180 ºC for 10 minutes or until they are a little golden brown, then, after the time in the oven, remove them and let them cool.
Step 3: In a bowl or container, add the surimi, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and mix until everything is perfectly integrated, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, after this time, take one by one the tartlets and fill them with the crab mixture, place a sprig of chives on top to decorate and we have our surimi tartlets ready.
Tips To Prepare It
You can reserve the mixture in the refrigerator before serving the tartlets to keep it cool.
