How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our tartiflette, for this, we cook our potatoes in boiling salted water until they are done.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat we will cook the bacon until golden brown.
Step 3: In the same pan add a little olive oil and add the onion for a few minutes or until transparent.
Step 4: In an oven-proof container we are going to assemble the Tartiflette, to do this we start by placing the potatoes until the whole base is covered, then we add half of the onion, half of the bacon and the white wine, then we repeat the process but without adding the wine, finally for the third layer we place the potatoes, the cream and the cheese cut in medium pieces, we take the tartiflette to the oven at 220 ºC for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Step 5: Once the cooking time is over, remove the tartiflette from the oven, add bacon on top and enjoy this marvel!
