- 250 gr. provolone cheese
- 1 tomato cut in slices
- 1/2 tomato cut into small squares
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our baked provolone cheese, for this, in a casserole we will place the tomato slices, additionally we will add pepper, oregano, salt and olive oil.
Step 2: Top with provolone cheese, diced tomato, a little more oregano and pepper, olive oil and bake in the oven at 220º C for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and the tomato is done.
Step 3: Remove from the oven and our baked provolone cheese is ready to enjoy!
