Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 130 g. ricotta cheese
- 130 g. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil for glazing
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our baked zucchini meatballs, for this we grate the zucchini in a bowl and add the cumin, salt, pepper, egg, ricotta cheese, bread crumbs and mix until all the ingredients are integrated.
Step 2: Then with the help of a spoon we take a portion of the mixture and make small balls, which we are going to place in an oven tray, when we have all the balls in our tray (you will get about 25 meatballs), we glaze them with olive oil and take them to the oven for 15 minutes at 190 ºC / 374 °F.
Step 3: After 15 minutes, remove from the oven, turn the meatballs over and return to the oven for 5 minutes, after which time all that remains is to serve and enjoy.
Tips To Prepare It
You can substitute cumin for other spices such as oregano, thyme or nutmeg.
