The battered zucchini or fried zucchini, is another of the many recipes that we can prepare with this vegetable, it is also prepared in a very simple and fast way, to prepare this recipe, we only have to cut our zucchini into wheels and then pass it through a batter based on egg and flour, to finally fry it, it's that simple.
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini cut into rounds
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- All-purpose wheat flour
- Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our battered zucchini, to do this, we take the zucchini and with the help of a knife, we remove its ends and cut it into wheels, then we place them in a bowl and add the garlic powder, a little salt, a little pepper and mix everything very well.
Step 2: Place the eggs in another bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat them, then dip each zucchini wheel in the egg and then in the flour, coating them well.
Step 3: In a pot with oil and at medium temperature, we introduce the zucchini wheels and fry them for 3 to 4 minutes or until they begin to brown (do not use a very high heat) once they are browned, we remove them from the pot, place them on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess fat and we have our rich battered zucchini ready.
