  • 60 g. butter
  • 60 g. all-purpose flour
  • 500 ml. of hot milk (not boiling)
  • 100 g. mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g. Parmesan cheese
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
