Ingredients

  • 200 g (0.44 lbs) carrots, cut into pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml. (3.40 oz) milk
  • 150 g (0.33 lbs) all-purpose wheat flour
  • 50 g. (0.11 lbs) sugar
  • 8 g. (1 tsp.) of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of salt

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our carrot pancakes, for this, in the blender cup add the carrots, milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon powder, pinch of salt and blend for 2 minutes or until we see that we have a homogeneous mixture.
