Today I bring you a recipe that is one of my favorites when preparing dips, it is also perfect for summer days where the heat lurks and we want to eat something cool, it is also ideal for family gatherings or parties, it is the chicken dip, a very easy and quick recipe to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 and ½ red onions, cut into small squares
- 2 chopped chives
- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 100 ml. sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1:
In a bowl, add the chicken, onion, chives, cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper, mix well and serve with crackers or toast.
Tips To Prepare It
Keep the chicken dip in the refrigerator before serving to keep it cooler.
