Ingredients

  • 400 ml. of whipping cream
  • 5 g. of powdered neutral gelatine
  • 2 tablespoons of water to hydrate the gelatin
  • 100 g. powdered sugar
  • 170 g. dark chocolate for dessert (70% cocoa)
  • Cocoa powder for decorating
  • Crushed pistachios to decorate

How To Make It

Step 1:

We begin the preparation of our chocolate panna cotta, to do this, add the 2 tablespoons of water to our gelatin to hydrate it (reserve), then in a pot over medium low heat, add the cream, chocolate and let it melt, when we see that the chocolate is completely melted, add the powdered sugar and integrate very well (turn off the heat).

Add the previously hydrated gelatin and mix until it is perfectly integrated, then distribute the panna cotta mixture in molds (the ones you prefer) and take it to the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours or until you see that the panna cotta is perfectly curdled.
