The panna cotta has a very creamy and smooth texture and best of all, it is a dessert that is made in a few minutes, although it takes a time in the refrigerator between 4 and 5 hrs, but it is well worth the wait.

Ingredients
- 400 ml. of whipping cream
- 5 g. of powdered neutral gelatine
- 2 tablespoons of water to hydrate the gelatin
- 100 g. powdered sugar
- 170 g. dark chocolate for dessert (70% cocoa)
- Cocoa powder for decorating
- Crushed pistachios to decorate
How To Make It
Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our chocolate panna cotta, to do this, add the 2 tablespoons of water to our gelatin to hydrate it (reserve), then in a pot over medium low heat, add the cream, chocolate and let it melt, when we see that the chocolate is completely melted, add the powdered sugar and integrate very well (turn off the heat).
Step 2:
Add the previously hydrated gelatin and mix until it is perfectly integrated, then distribute the panna cotta mixture in molds (the ones you prefer) and take it to the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours or until you see that the panna cotta is perfectly curdled.
Step 3:
After the time, remove from the refrigerator, add a little cocoa powder on top, a little crushed pistachio and we have our chocolate panna cotta ready! enjoy!
Tips To Prepare It
When melting the chocolate, remember to use a medium low temperature, it should never boil.
The chocolate to be used for this chocolate panna cotta recipe is a special dark chocolate for desserts with 70% cocoa.
In this chocolate panna cotta recipe, we use neutral gelatin powder, but you can also use gelatin in sheets (2 sheets) always hydrating about 10 minutes in water.
When adding the cocoa powder to decorate the panna cotta, use a small sieve and sprinkle.
You can also accompany this chocolate panna cotta with a topping of strawberries, orange, red fruits or with grated chocolate, chocolate syrup or whatever you like!
