Ingredients
- 30 rectangular cookies (the quantity will depend on the size of the mold)
- 360 g. / 12.7 oz. of white chocolate
- 50 ml. / 4 tablespoons of milk to dip the cookies in
- 320 g. / 11.3 oz. of cream cheese
- 30 g. / 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- Grated white chocolate for decorating
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our cold cake of cookies and white chocolate, for this, in a bowl place the white chocolate and take it to the microwave to melt (melt the chocolate at a medium power and in time intervals of 30 seconds to avoid burning, at the time that the first 30 seconds pass, remove it from the microwave, stir and then put it back into the microwave for 30 seconds, repeat the process until it melts completely) when we already have the melted chocolate, let it cool.
Step 2: Incorporate the cream cheese to the white chocolate, the powdered sugar and with the help of a spatula or tongue, integrate a little, then with the help of an electric whisk, beat until the mixture is well integrated and creamy.
