Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 30 g. butter
  • 200 ml. of cooking cream
  • 150 ml. of beef broth
  • 60 ml. of white wine
  • Salt to taste
