Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 30 g. butter
- 200 ml. of cooking cream
- 150 ml. of beef broth
- 60 ml. of white wine
- Salt to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our peppercorn sauce, for this, in a frying pan at medium temperature, add the butter and let it melt, then add the onion, garlic and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 2: Add the peppercorns, stir and cook for 2 minutes, then add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate (1 minute), add the beef broth, the cooking cream, a little salt, stir, let cook for 7 minutes or until the sauce has a thick texture and our rich peppercorn sauce is ready.
Tips To Prepare It
As for the pepper, we can use black peppercorns, pink pepper, green pepper or the one we like the most, the difference will be in the intensity of the flavor, since all the grains have a different flavor.
