  • 130 g / 4.6 oz. Cabrales cheese
  • 60 ml / 2 fl. oz. white wine
  • All-purpose flour for coating
  • Breadcrumbs for coating
  • Beaten egg for coating (add a pinch of salt)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil

How To Make It
