Ingredients
- 4 beef fillets
- 200 ml / 6.76 fl. oz. cooking cream
- 130 g / 4.6 oz. Cabrales cheese
- 60 ml / 2 fl. oz. white wine
- All-purpose flour for coating
- Breadcrumbs for coating
- Beaten egg for coating (add a pinch of salt)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin preparing our Cabrales escalopes by seasoning the meat with salt and pepper, then coating it completely in flour, followed by egg, and finally breadcrumbs (make sure it is completely covered so that you get a perfect breading).
