How To Make It
Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our fried padron peppers, for this, we wash our peppers and dry them very well, then in a pan with olive oil and over medium high heat, we incorporate our padron peppers and we will fry them until they take a certain golden color.
Step 2:
When we see that the peppers have a toasted color, we remove them from the pan, place them on absorbent paper, add coarse salt on top and we have our delicious fried padron peppers ready, it's that simple!
