  • 24 pieces of wonton dough
  • 250 g. / 8.8 oz. / 0.55 lb. minced or ground pork
  • 160 g. / 5.64 oz. / 0.35 lb. raw and peeled shrimp
  • 2 stalks of chives, chopped
  • 2 shitake mushrooms cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt to taste

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our fried wonton, for this, in the glass of a food processor we add the minced pork, raw shrimp, chives, mushrooms and we will process very well to integrate, then we place this mixture in a bowl and add the soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, a little salt, cornstarch and with the help of the hands we mix everything very well.
