Ingredients
- 900 gr. of portobello mushrooms
- 70 gr. of butter
- 10 garlic cloves cut in thin slices
- 50 ml. of white wine
- Fresh parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our garlic portobello mushrooms, for this, in a frying pan over medium heat add the olive oil until hot and then the butter until melted, add the garlic and cook 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add the portobello mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add salt, pepper and wine, let cook for 5 minutes more, add the parsley, remove from heat and we have our garlic portobellos ready! I hope you enjoy it!
