- 8 carrots cut into rounds
- 80 g. butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our glazed carrots, for this, in a skillet over medium low heat, add the butter until it melts, then add the sugar, stir and cook for 1 minute, then add the carrots and stir until all are completely covered by the syrup, let cook for 25 minutes, remove from heat and we have ready our delicious glazed carrots.
Tips To Prepare It
In the case of carrots we can use any variety, such as orange carrots, baby carrots or carrots nantes, as for the type of cut to cook them goes a little to taste, we can cut it into sticks, whole or in wheels as in the case of this recipe.
To prepare these glazed carrots there is no exact rule, we can add the ingredients we like, there are even versions where honey, parsley, mustard, pepper, balsamic vinegar...
