Ingredients
- 250 g. (0.55 lbs) of green beans
- 50 g. (0.11 lbs) diced serrano ham
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon of powdered sweet paprika
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our green beans with ham, for this, we remove the tips of the beans, then we wash them very well under the tap and cut them in half, then, in a pot with boiling water, we add a little salt, the beans and cook them for 10 minutes.
Step 2: In a frying pan with a little olive oil and medium heat, add the onion, garlic and let it cook for a couple of minutes, then add the Serrano ham and cook for a couple of minutes more, then add the beans, stir and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3: Add the sweet paprika, a pinch of salt, stir and cook for 1 minute more, remove from heat and we have ready our delicious green beans with ham.
