Ingredients
- 400 g. of green beans cut in pieces of 4 to 5 centimeters (remove the ends and wash them very well)
- 2 potatoes cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic cut into slices
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our beans with potatoes, for this, we add abundant water in a pot and we take it to the fire, when we see that it begins to boil, we add a little salt, the green beans, the potatoes and we let them cook for 25 minutes.
Step 2: While the beans and potatoes are cooking, put a frying pan on the fire, add the olive oil, the sliced garlic and let it cook until the garlic is golden brown, set aside with all the oil.
Step 3: After 25 minutes, remove the beans and potatoes from the water, drain them very well and serve them on a plate, then add the oil with the garlic that we had reserved and we have ready our delicious green beans with potatoes (if you wish you can also add a splash of vinegar).
