Ingredients
- 300 g. / 10.6 oz. / 0.66 lb. of green beans cut into 3 to 4 cm. pieces
- 380 g. / 13.4 oz. / 0.83 lb. of natural crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- Crunchy serrano ham for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our green beans with tomato, for this, in a frying pan at medium temperature and with a little olive oil, add the onion, garlic and let it cook for a couple of minutes, then add the beans, stir and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 2: Add the crushed natural tomato, a little salt, a little pepper, stir and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3: After 15 minutes, remove from the heat, serve on a plate, add a little crunchy Serrano ham and our delicious green beans with tomato are ready.
Tips To Prepare It
If you see that the beans have strands, you can remove them with the help of a potato peeler.
For this recipe of beans with tomato, we use natural crushed tomato, but you can also use fried tomato in a jar or fresh tomato previously crushed in the blender.
