When we talk about barbecue the first thing that comes to mind are cuts of meat, chicken, sausage, blood sausage, among others, but this time we will prepare a grilled vegetables, an ideal option to eat healthy and nutritious, it is also really delicious, preparing it is very simple and fast, plus we can make it with any variety of vegetables that we have available at home such as zucchini, eggplant, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, carrot, asparagus, among others.

- 1 onion cut into pieces
- 1 zucchini cut into rounds
- 1 eggplant cut into slices
- 1 red bell pepper cut into pieces
- 1 green bell pepper cut into pieces
- Coarse salt to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our grilled vegetables, for this, in a pan with a little olive oil and medium heat, add the onion, let cook 4 minutes and remove, in the same pan add the red and green peppers, Add a little salt and cook for 8 minutes, remove from the pan, then add the zucchini, a little salt, cook for 4 minutes, remove, finally add the eggplant, a little salt, let cook for 7 minutes and we have ready our delicious vegetables.
Tips To Prepare It
When preparing grilled vegetables you must take into consideration that the cooking time will depend on the thickness of the vegetable cuts, as well as the type of vegetable.
If you do not have a griddle to prepare the grilled vegetables you can use a frying pan and cook each vegetable separately as we did in this recipe.
You can add aromatic herbs and spices such as rosemary, basil, thyme, among others, this will enhance the flavor of our grilled vegetables.
