Step 1: We begin the preparation of our grilled zucchini, for this, we take the zucchini and remove both ends, then we begin to cut small wheels of about half a centimeter.
Step 2: We place the zucchini rounds in a bowl and add a little salt, a little pepper, the teaspoon of garlic powder, a little olive oil and stir well with our hands.
Step 3: In a frying pan or griddle and at medium temperature, we will incorporate the zucchini wheels and we will cook them 1 minute on each side or until they are browned (the cooking time will depend on the thickness of the zucchini wheel, for a half-centimeter wheel, with 1 minute of cooking on each side, it will be perfect) when they are done, we remove them from the pan and we have ready our delicious grilled zucchini.
