- 2 ripe avocados cut into chunks
- 1/2 tomato, diced
- 1/2 onion cut into very small squares
- Juice of lime or lemon
- A handful of chopped fresh coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1:
We begin the elaboration of our Mexican guacamole, for this, in a mortar, we add the avocado, the lime or lemon juice, the salt and we grind very well until we obtain a kind of paste, then we add the cilantro and grind again.
Step 2:
Add the onion, tomato, pepper and integrate, then serve and our delicious guacamole is ready.
Tips To Prepare It
The original guacamole recipe is made with lime, but if you can't get it, you can use lemon.
The original guacamole recipe uses green chili, if in the country where you are, it is very difficult to get it, you can prepare it without this ingredient, it is just as delicious.
If you are a fan of spiciness, you can add a little chili pepper or some other spice such as tabasco.
Traditionally guacamole is made in a stone mortar, if you don't have one, you can use any container you have at home and grind it with the help of a fork.
