The whipped cream is a classic in the pastry, basically consists of a whipped cream to which sugar is added and flavored with vanilla, the result is incredibly delicious, it is widely used for cake decorations, to accompany ice cream, pancakes and even to add to coffee, it is also perfect to eat with fruits like strawberries or peaches, among others.

Ingredients
- 200 ml (6.76 oz) whipping cream (minimum 35% fat) must be cold.
- 80 g. (2.8 oz / 0.17 lb) powdered sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon vanilla essence
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our chantilly cream for it, in a bowl add the whipping cream (it is important that it is very cold, both the cream and the bowl where we are going to whip) and with the help of an electric whisk, we begin to whip.
Step 2: When we see that it starts to whip, add the vanilla essence, the powdered sugar and continue beating until it is perfectly whipped as I show you in the video (you will see that grooves and peaks begin to form in the cream) and we have our delicious whipped cream ready.
Tips To Prepare It
For this chantilly cream recipe, we must use whipping cream with a minimum of 35% fat.
The whipping cream must be very cold, also the bowl where it will be whipped, so I recommend to put them in the freezer at least 15 minutes before whipping the cream.
