How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our homemade aioli, for this, in a bowl add the egg, garlic clove, lemon juice, oil, a pinch of salt and with the help of a hand blender, beat until a texture like mayonnaise, First we leave the hand mixer straight and turn it on, when we see that the ingredients are almost integrated, we make movements from top to bottom, once we have the texture like mayonnaise, we have our aioli ready, enjoy it.
Tips To Prepare It
If you want the aioli to have a mild flavor, add only one clove of garlic, if you want it stronger, increase the amount.
As for the oil to use to prepare this aioli recipe, we particularly like sunflower oil, since it has a more neutral flavor, although you can also prepare it using olive oil, but we recommend that it be a mild oil so that its flavor does not predominate, you can also prepare this aioli by making a combination of both oils, 50 and 50.
