- 150 grams of homemade mayonnaise (you can also use canned mayonnaise)
- 1/4 onion chopped into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon of capers, finely chopped
- 6 small pickles, finely chopped into small cubes
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our tartar sauce, for this, in a bowl we will incorporate the mayonnaise, onion, gherkins, capers, mustard and mix until all ingredients are integrated, add salt and pepper to taste, mix and let stand for about 10 minutes, finally serve and enjoy this delicious homemade tartar sauce!
Tips To Prepare It
To this tartar sauce you can add parsley, boiled egg or boiled carrot cut into small cubes if you wish.
