Preparing a leek pate is one of the fastest and easiest things we can do in the kitchen, it also combines very well with bread, crackers, rusks, toast, breadsticks or whatever we like, to make this recipe we will only need 4 ingredients, which are leeks, butter, cream cheese or cream cheese and nuts, although if we want to add more flavor, we can add some spices such as oregano, thyme or whatever we like.
Ingredients
- 300 g. of chopped leeks
- 150 g. cream cheese
- 35 g. butter
- 15 g. walnuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our leek pate, for this, in a frying pan over medium heat, add the butter and let it melt, then add the leek and cook for 10 minutes, then add a little salt, a little pepper, stir and remove from heat.
Step 2: In a food processor or blender, add the leek, the cream cheese and the walnuts, blend well until all the ingredients are integrated and our delicious leek pâté is ready.

To prepare the leek pâté you have several options, use a turmix, use the blender or use an electric mincer.
