- 5 carrots peeled and cut into rounds
- 50 ml. / 1.7 fl.oz. milk
- 15 g. / 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our mashed carrots, for this, in a pot with boiling water, add the carrots and let them cook for 25 minutes or until they are very soft.
Step 2: Place the carrots in a bowl and mash them very well until a puree texture is obtained.
Step 3: Place the mashed carrots in a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and stir until it melts completely, then add the milk, a little salt, stir and our rich carrot puree is ready.
