Ingredients
- 1 medium piece of cauliflower
- 20 ml. milk
- 20 g. melted butter
- 30 g. grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our cauliflower puree, for this, in a pot with boiling water and a little salt, we are going to add the cauliflower and we are going to cook it for 10 minutes (we remove the cauliflower from the water and drain it very well).
Step 2: In an electric mincer, add the cauliflower, milk, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, pepper and puree.
Step 3: In a bowl we serve our cauliflower puree, add some fresh parsley on top, a little pepper, a little olive oil and our delicious cauliflower puree is ready.
