Today we are going to show you how to prepare meatballs in tomato sauce, a very simple recipe and full of flavor, this time we are going to cook these meatballs in the oven, but they can be perfectly prepared in the pan, to prepare them we will start by seasoning our meatballs, then we will cook them in the oven and finally we will finish cooking them in a tomato sauce that will be the protagonist of our dish, very simple to make, we will prepare it with a natural tomato base and of course we will add other ingredients to give them more flavor, below we detail all the ingredients.

Ingredients
- 500 g (17.6 oz / 1.1 lb) minced beef
- 200 ml (6.76 oz) crushed natural tomatoes
- 1 onion chopped in small squares
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 40 g (1.4 oz) bread crumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) beef stock
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our meatballs in tomato sauce, for this, in a bowl we will place the minced meat, the egg, the garlic powder, a little pepper, a little salt, the bread crumbs, the fresh parsley and we mix very well until integrating.
Step 2: We take a portion of the meat and form a ball about the size of a golf ball (we repeat this process until all the meatballs are formed), then, in a baking tray with parchment paper as a base, we place our meatballs and cook them in the oven at 200 ºC / 392 °F. 392 °F for 15 minutes.
Step 3: While the meatballs are cooking in the oven, we will prepare our sauce for meatballs, for this, in a pan with a little olive oil and over medium heat, add the onion, garlic and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the crushed tomato, a little salt, a little pepper and stir, then add the beef broth, stir again and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4: After 15 minutes in the oven, remove our meatballs and add them to the pan with the tomato sauce, cook for 6 minutes more (bathing them with the sauce), remove from heat, serve on a plate with some chopped fresh parsley to decorate and we have ready our delicious meatballs in tomato sauce.
Tips To Prepare It
You can also prepare these meatballs with tomato in a casserole or frying pan, to do so, you must first cook the meatballs, sealing them with a little oil and then add them to the tomato sauce.
