  • 500 g (17.6 oz / 1.1 lb) minced beef
  • 200 ml (6.76 oz) crushed natural tomatoes
  • 1 onion chopped in small squares
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 40 g (1.4 oz) bread crumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our meatballs in tomato sauce, for this, in a bowl we will place the minced meat, the egg, the garlic powder, a little pepper, a little salt, the bread crumbs, the fresh parsley and we mix very well until integrating.

Step 2: We take a portion of the meat and form a ball about the size of a golf ball (we repeat this process until all the meatballs are formed), then, in a baking tray with parchment paper as a base, we place our meatballs and cook them in the oven at 200 ºC / 392 °F. 392 °F for 15 minutes.
