Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 400 ml (13.5 oz) natural beef stock
- 100 ml. (3.4 oz) white wine
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our onion sauce, for this, in a pot with a little olive oil we will add the onion, garlic and cook for 4 minutes, then add the white wine and let evaporate all its alcohol (about 1 minute) then add the flour and stir, then add the beef broth a little salt, a little pepper and let cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2: After 10 minutes, remove from heat and pour into the blender or turmix (you can also do it in a blender) and grind everything very well, then pass the sauce through a strainer to get a much finer texture and we have ready our delicious onion sauce for meats.
