Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 400 ml (13.5 oz) natural beef stock
  • 100 ml. (3.4 oz) white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make It
