  • 1 tablespoon of tahini
  • 30 ml. water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt to taste

How To Make It

Step 1: In a saucepan with boiling water, add the peas and cook for 5 minutes, then add the cooked peas, the garlic clove, the lemon juice, the tahini, the olive oil, salt and blend, then add the water and continue blending until a creamy texture is obtained.
