Pea dip (pea hummus)

Today we are going to prepare a chickpeas dip, a perfect option as an appetizer, we start from the preparation of hummus but we will substitute the chickpeas for cooked peas, its preparation can not be simpler and you will love the result.
Ingredients
- 300 g. of cooked peas
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon of tahini
- 30 ml. water
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Olive oil for garnish
How To Make It
Step 1: In a saucepan with boiling water, add the peas and cook for 5 minutes, then add the cooked peas, the garlic clove, the lemon juice, the tahini, the olive oil, salt and blend, then add the water and continue blending until a creamy texture is obtained.
Step 2: Place the peas hummus in a bowl, add the sesame seeds on top, a little olive oil, serve and enjoy.
Tips To Prepare It
You can buy tahini in some supermarkets or make it at home by mixing sesame seeds with a little bit of oil, grind it well until you get a paste.
