Ingredients
- 4 peaches cut into wedges (without skin)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- Juice of half a lemon
- 200 ml. (6.7 oz) whipping cream (minimum 35% fat) must be cold
- 80 g. (0.17 lbs) powdered sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon vanilla essence
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our peaches with chantilly cream for this, in a bowl add the honey, lemon juice, cinnamon powder and stir well to integrate.
Step 2: In another bowl add the peaches, add the mixture we prepared initially and stir very well. Then, in a non-stick frying pan and at medium temperature, we are going to cook our peaches (with everything and the mixture) for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, we remove the peaches from the pan and reserve the juices for the moment of serving.
Step 3: Now let's go with the chantilly cream, for this, in a bowl add the whipping cream (it is important that it is very cold, both the cream and the bowl where we are going to beat) and with the help of an electric whisk, we begin to beat, when we see that already begins to mount, add the vanilla essence, powdered sugar and continue beating until it is perfectly mounted as I show in the video (you will see that begin to form ridges and peaks in the cream) then we introduce the whipped cream in a pastry bag.
Step 4: In a small glass or in the container you want to use, we are going to place a part of the peaches until the bottom is covered, then add whipped cream, repeat once more with another layer of peaches and another of whipped cream, finally add on top the juices we had reserved, place some pieces of peach on top and we have our delicious dessert ready, enjoy it.
Tips To Prepare It
For this recipe of peaches with cream, we must use whipping cream with a minimum of 35% fat.
Wash the peaches very well before starting the recipe, remove the skin and cut them into wedges.
The whipping cream must be very cold, also the container where it is going to be whipped, so I recommend to put them in the freezer at least 15 minutes before whipping the cream.
