Ingredients
- 200 ml. (6.76 oz) port wine
- 200 ml (6.76 oz) beef stock or dark meat stock
- 100 ml (3.38 oz) of cooking cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our port sauce, for this, in a pot we add the porto wine, the meat broth and cook over medium heat until it is reduced by half.
Step 2: Once it has reduced, add the cooking cream, a little salt, stir well, let it cook for 6 more minutes or until it takes on a slightly thick texture, remove from the heat and our exquisite porto sauce is ready.

To prepare this Porto sauce recipe, use beef broth, preferably natural.
It is important to use a good quality port wine for a better result.
You can prepare a large quantity of this Porto sauce and keep it in the refrigerator (no more than a week) and if you want it to last much longer, you can keep it in the freezer, it will keep perfectly well for 1 month.
