- 300 g. (10.5 oz / 0.66 lb) brussels sprouts
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our sautéed brussels sprouts, for this, we wash the sprouts very well and then we will cut them in the middle (we remove the base) then we will cook them in abundant boiling water with a little salt for 3 minutes, then we remove them from the water and let them drain.
Step 2: In a frying pan at medium heat and with a little olive oil, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add the brussels sprouts and sauté them for 3 minutes or until they brown a little, then remove them from the heat and they are ready.
Tips To Prepare It
Wash the brussels sprouts very well before starting the recipe to remove possible leftovers.
You can add other ingredients such as ham, nuts or whatever you like.
