- 300 g. (10.6 oz) spinach
- 4 garlic cloves
- Pine nuts to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our sautéed spinach, for this, in a pan with a little oil and over medium low heat, add the garlic, let it cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown, then add the spinach, cook for 2 more minutes, remove from the pan, add pine nuts and we have our delicious spinach ready.
Tips To Prepare It
As for the spinach, we can use either fresh spinach or frozen spinach, although we always recommend using fresh products for a better result.
An important point to mention is that even though we see a lot of spinach when cooking them in the pan, we must take into account that at the end they will diminish, so we must add them all at once, because if we add them in parts some will be more cooked than others.
