Today we are going to elaborate a recipe with an ingredient that I particularly love and that I use a lot in my kitchen, it is the coriander, a product used to prepare many recipes such as ceviche, chicken chupe, salads.... But today I'm going to show you how to prepare one of my favorite sauces, coriander mayonnaise or cilantro sauce, creamy and super easy to prepare, it is also perfect to accompany empanadas, meats, burgers, sandwiches or snacks, among others.
Ingredients To Prepare Coriander mayonnaise
- 200 gr mayonnaise
- A bunch of fresh coriander
- ¼ onion
- Salt to taste
How To Make Coriander mayonnaise
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our cilantro mayonnaise, for this, in a blender we are going to place the mayonnaise, onion, cilantro and salt, mix until obtaining a creamy and homogeneous sauce, remove from the blender and we have our coriander mayonnaise or cilantro sauce ready.
Tips To Prepare Coriander mayonnaise
The amount of coriander will depend on the intensity of flavor you prefer.
If you are a spicy lover, you can add a little chili pepper.
