Ingredients

  • Dough for empanadas
  • 400 gr. of minced beef
  • 1/2 red bell pepper cut in small squares
  • 1/2 green bell pepper cut in small squares
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon of paprika powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our Venezuelan beef empanadas, for this, in a frying pan at medium temperature we will add oil until hot, then add the garlic and onion and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

Step 2: Add the red bell pepper and the green bell pepper and let it cook for a few more minutes (6 minutes approximately).
