Ingredients

  • 8 pieces of chicken (your choice)
  • 3 onions cut into julienne strips
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of panela (cane sugar) or brown sugar
  • 160 ml. of white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make It

Step 1:

We begin the preparation of our baked chicken onion, for this, in a bowl place the chicken pieces, add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and stir with your hands, then in a skillet over medium heat and with a little olive oil, add the chicken pieces and seal them, remove from heat and set aside.

In another frying pan at medium temperature and with a little olive oil, add the onion and let it cook until it becomes transparent (approximately 8 minutes), then add the panela or brown sugar and stir, add the white wine, let the alcohol evaporate (approximately 2 minutes) and remove from the heat.
